The car treatment requires strict procedures. Generally, the glass treatment involves cleaning the surface thoroughly. Wear gloves to apply the coating (can be sprayed, wiped, brushed, etc.). It needs to be polished without any mist, and each layer should be applied with a 3-5 minute interval.

Construction procedure explanation

Step One

  • Cleaning the exterior of the car
  • First, use “neutral detergent” to clean the car and glas
  • Rinse the entire car with “neutral water”

Step Two

  • Alcohol Wiping
  • Use “industrial alcohol” to wipe off the remaining oil stains

Step Three

  • Polishing
  • Polish the glass and steel surface with a “vibration polisher,” “remove iron powder,” and restore smoothness.

Step Four

  • Apply coarse wax
  • Use “coarse wax” for the first stage of beautification

Step Five

  • Clean the exterior of the car again
  • First, use “neutral detergent” to clean the exterior of the car and glass Rinse the entire car with “neutral water“

Step Six

  • Air dry with high-pressure air
  • Use “high-pressure air” to blow and “soft clean cloth” to carefully dry the exterior of the car

Step Seven

  • Drying
  • Use “far infrared” or “oven” to dry the remaining moisture, ensuring “complete dryness.”

Step Eight

  • Apply clear coating
  • Use a low-speed (500 rpm or less) waxing machine or apply manually
  • For glass (interior), please use nano wax, with intervals of 10-15 minutes
  • For glass (exterior), please use transparent agent, with intervals of 10-15 minutes
  • For steel panels, please use transparent agent & nano wax, with intervals of 1015 minutes
  • Standard amount: 30-40 ml per vehicle

Step Nine

  • After “natural drying for four days,” the work is complete. (Can be used as usual during this period)

Important notes - Please cooperate accordingly

  • To prevent contamination, please “wear medical gloves and masks” throughout the construction process.
  • If there is a cleanroom, work “in the cleanroom.“
  • Avoid working on “rainy days” and “outdoors” as much as possible.
  • Before using any nanocoating, please shake it thoroughly.

Reminder: Pre-construction preparation

  • Using a professional process to remove iron particles and oil film.
  • Thoroughly clean the vehicle body and completely remove dust and oil stains.
  • Use infrared radiation or baking to ensure that the exterior of the car is dry.
  • Evaluate whether the construction site is clean and free of excessive dust.
  • Evaluate whether the environmental temperature and humidity are suitable for construction (ideal temperature 25°C, humidity 60%).

Reminder: Pay attention to rapid drying

  • All products have a quick drying effect. After dripping, it should be spread as soon as possible and allowed to dry naturally.
  • Nanoparticles require four days to stabilize completely. During this period, they can be used as usual, and care should be taken to prevent deliberate scratches.
